You and your family can revisit Old West History.  The Hills have old mines, towns and cabins you can seek out and explore. Many legendary characters such as Wild Bill Hickock, Calamity Jane, Jedediah Smith, Crazy Horse, and Sitting Bull made this area their home. Come explore their histories in the many nearby museums.

Le Mar Cabin is located in the beautiful Black Hills of South Dakota which is renown for its breathtaking scenery and many outdoor activities.  The vacation cabin is on Hwy 85 south of the historic mining town of Lead, South Dakota.

 

Nearby are the towns of Deadwood and Spearfish.  It is just a little over an hour drive to Rapid City regional airport, Custer State Park, Jewel Cave National Monument, Wind Cave National Park, and Custer State Park.  This convenient location makes it popular for every type of vacationer - from honeymooners, to fly-fishermen, to ATV riders. Come and enjoy the true serenity and beauty of the Black Hills!
